Reach the Beach!

Some of you may recall that my Christopher and I did a crazy 100-mile fund raising bicycle ride last spring. Also know as "Reach the Beach," said 100 mile ride (actually 103 miles) is a bicycle adventure from Portland to... you guessed it! The Beach! And it is also a fund raiser for the American Lung Association. What with having asthma myself and my grandfather dying of lung cancer, I figure it is a worthy cause.

Last year we picked a miserable spring to train for the ride. This year we just decided to skip that whole training bit. The ride is in five weeks and we just started sort of training less than a week ago. We'll see how it goes eh?
