My Christopher and I are buying a house!

We started a savings account nearly a year ago and have been dutifully adding to it. We spent a week or two interviewing mortgage brokers, settled on one and are nearly pre-approved. Even though we aren’t looking to buy until Jan/Feb/Mar we’ve been “practicing” by going to open houses on the weekends and scoping out the neighborhoods. We even have the book, “100 questions every first time home buyer should ask.”

Now we are zeroing in on a realtor and will start to look at houses in earnest in the next month or so!
